Summer term dates 2024

If you qualify for the Working Parents element of funding, children aged 2 years old upwards, you will need to apply between 15 June and 31 July to have a code by 1 September 2024. To apply go to: www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

Please note: All fees are due the first Friday of each month. To ensure you do not receive a late payment charge please pay on time.

  • Thursday 16 May  
    • SS Sports - Pre-booking is required - £2.50
  • Friday 17 May 
    • Summer trip to Warwick Castle. Full Day Trip. 
    • We will leave the setting at 9.30am and return at 2.30pm. The additional charge for this trip, will be £14 per child. - Pre-booking required. 
    • Children that do not attend Fridays are invited but will require an adult to attend.
    • There is no alternative childcare this day.
  • Week beginning 20 May 
    • Walk to school week.
  • Thursday 23 May 
    •  Committee meeting. 7pm @ Black Pug
  • Friday 24 May 
    • All transition forms to be sent to children’s Primary Schools.
  • Week beginning 26 May
    • Half term. Preschool closed

    • All graduates welcome to pop in and have their last photo at preschool taken. 9.30am start.
    • If your child does not attend Thursdays, you will need to book a time – please book a slot by speaking to Hazel

    •  Alice in Wonderland lunch Pre-booking for Alice in Wonderland lunch is required.

    •  Graduation for school leavers
    • 9.15am – 11am Pre-booking is required. A £5 voluntary donation is requested, per adult; to contribute to the gift bag costs. Maximum 2 persons per child. 
    • Graduation lunch Pre-booking is required.
  • Friday 19 July
    • End of year party
    • 8.45am – 11.45am Pre-booking is required. £22.95 per child – who doesn’t attend a Friday morning session.
  • Monday 2 September
    • Preschool closed. -  Staff training
  • Tuesday 3 September  
    • Preschool opens
  • Thursday 10 October
    • Preschool AGM. 7pm @ Black Pug
